Just a short message for this month.....
I'll have to make this a quick blog entry. We've been busy setting up the new website and there will be a lot of changes. In April I was in Chicago for the national fitness hall of fame inductions. I have met some interesting people such as Lance Dreher and David Lyons. I also met a wonderful young many, Blaine Robinson. He is a former athlete, army veteran and fitness enthusiast who endured a terribled accident that has left him paralyzed. We are fundraising to buy him a gym system that will allow him to workout at home. Please read more about Blaine and donate on the Builders for Blaine page. More hats and shirts will be available by the end of the month so please keep checking the store. Pre-orders are welcome.
My spiritual thought for the month:Temptation, by its very nature, feels wrong. God's moral law is written in the heart of every human being (Romans 1:20), and when a sinful temptation is introduced, our consciences immediately sense danger. However, the temptation itself is not the sin. Jesus was tempted (Mark 1:13; Luke 4:1-13), but He never sinned (Hebrews 4:15). Sin occurs when we mishandle temptation.
I am interested in visiting churches, schools and organizations to share my knowledge of fitness and diet and help people get on track both physically and spiritually. If you would like to schedule an appearance, please contact me.
