Hot Turkey Sandwich

 

 

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
    * 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
    * 2 cups prepared turkey gravy
    * 1/4 tsp. tarragon
    * 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    * 1/2 lb. sliced cooked turkey breast
    * 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

 

Preparation

Combine stock and mushrooms in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

Sauté 3 minutes, or until tender and liquid is almost evaporated.

Stir in gravy, tarragon and mustard. Mix well.

Add turkey slices and simmer until hot.

Place turkey on toast and serve with gravy
