Sometimes, we just cannot manage to eat a meal, but drinking one is definitely an option. This powerful, nutritious meal in a drink will load your body with energy and stimulate your immune system. Great when you just don't have the time to cook...or don't want to! I present to you:

THE POWER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

2/3 cup cottage cheese

1/3 cup Flax seed oil

Mix cottage cheese and oil together in a bowl and set aside for 5-8 minutes

Add the following ingredients together in a blender:

1/4 cup berries

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup almonds

Add some Stevia to taste

Add cottage cheese and Flax seed oil

If too thick, add someice and water until desired consistancy

Calories - 841; Fat - 33.55; Carbs - 21.85; Protein - 42; Sugar 10.25

To reduce calories to 511, use 1 Tsp of Flax oil and omit the walnuts
