Here is a tastey meal rich in nutrients. It
is an odd combination, but with a great flavor. It is also a great meal to bring to work! I hope you enjoy it.
We use Nutritionix for each nutritional breakdown.
Quinoa and eggs.
1/4 - 1/2 Cup(depending on hunger level) of rinsed Kirkland Signature Organic Quinoa
1-2 cups water
1-2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbspn butter divided in half
Daks Seasoning to taste
Measure out desired amount of quinoa
Rinse quinoa until water runs clear
Place in microwave safe bowl
add 1/2 Tbpsn butter
Microwave for 7 1/2 minutes
Remove and add beaten egg
add remaining butter
Place back in microwave for 1/2 minutes
Add favorite DAKS seasoning, fluff with fork and enjoy
